INSPECTORS -You have inspection and sales experience and ACTIVE BR 3 FIELD REP LICENSE - you are ready to perform thorough detailed inspections - you have experience doing inspections for real estate transactions.
APPLICATORS - You are currently licensed and have work experience.
REPAIR CARPENTERS - You have experience in residential construction andrepair work.

Clean DMV record and background check is a MUST.
