About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts on a group of open roles, focusing mostly on Go-To-Market (GTM) positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for high-growth companies and possess strong drive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a global team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about recruiting top talent, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge fraud prevention company.

An ideal candidate will have previous "in-house" full-cycle recruitment experience and is based in the Greater NYC area, willing to work in a hybrid in-office role (2 days per week - usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays) alongside the rest of our HR and G&A teams.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies tailored to current and future hiring needs. This involves understanding specific role requirements, defining skills criteria, establishing a clear interview process, and creating a sourcing plan.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive top-talent.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance.
Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve Forter’s recruitment process.
Implement systems and reports to measure and optimize Forter’s recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth global tech organization, with a focus on sourcing for Technical and Go-To-Market roles.
Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, managing the interview process, and conducting offer negotiations through closure.
Ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and build relationships both internally and externally.
Strong project management skills, showcasing the ability to coordinate and manage details in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
Data-driven mindset with an understanding of the critical data points for the success of your hiring teams.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish strong working relationships.
Solution-oriented mindset, recognizing when to escalate issues and driving effective solutions for stakeholders.

Hybrid work:

At Forter, we have embraced a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. As part of this exciting approach, Team members are invited to work from the office at least 2 days per week. Salary Range: $85,000 - $103,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
