Job Description:

This position is on the Main Event side of D&B portfolio of brands. The Senior Brand Manager will champion Main Event’s broad brand positioning, calendar planning, tentpole moments and everyday marketing strategies in conjunction with agency partners to elevate the Main Event brand. A deep understanding of campaign development, calendar planning, production, budgeting, using data to inform and project management skills are critical to the success of this role.

The Sr. Brand Manager reports directly to the company's Director of Brand Marketing for Main Event. It is an important Individual Contributor role within the marketing department, supporting a network of 60 Centers, encompassing Activities, Amusements, Food and Beverage; while helping to lead strategic marketing initiatives that will help grow the business and the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of campaigns and promotions for national Marketing initiatives inclusive of annual calendar planning/management, new Food and Beverage menu items/LTO’s and other key initiatives.
Utilize consumer insights, market data and media performance to inform decisions, refine creative execution and optimize creative in real time for optimal output.
Oversee the development and execution of best-in-class creative delivering against the brand positioning. Focus on integrated plans across paid and owned channels for a cohesive consumer experience.
Partner with Director to lead an integrated team of agencies, specifically managing weekly status meetings and ideation sessions. Share consumer and business insights, ensuring agencies are tracking towards annual brand growth objectives.
Key partner for lead creative agency on development of 360 plans and communication strategy. Manage day-to-day business fostering a strong relationship between Main Event & broad agency team.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and roll out new menu items and promotions that align with brand positioning, marketing calendar and customer preferences.
In partnership with culinary, conduct market research and analysis to identify culinary trends and opportunities that impact the business.
Oversee strategies to drive gift card sales, including promotions, incentives, and partnerships.
Assist in maintaining the marketing budget, invoicing and the annual budgeting process for marketing expenditures.
Develop presentations, creative campaign overviews, performance recaps, and other materials for internal and external meetings
Other various duties that come-up as part of D&B’s fast-paced culture and “You Got This” attitude.

Requirements:

Minimum 6+ years of overall brand/marketing experience.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication & presentation skills – able to articulate the brand POV and gain alignment across the organization.
Strong creative nature & ability to deliver creative feedback rooted in strategy.
Expert collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Ops, Data Analytics, Legal, Culinary teams), external partners and ability to manage up to internal leadership stakeholders.
Experience managing agency relationships, contracts & budgets.
Business acumen – understanding of how to build a calendar strategy to deliver against short- & long-term sales goals.
Proven ability to monitor brand promo performance and track KPIs for optimizations and future learnings. Fun Seeker – after all its games, activities & food!
