Our company is looking for a talented Landscape Designer to join our team. The role involves meeting customers at on-site appointments, talking through their wants and needs, and then drafting a design that satisfies those needs and informs the installation team on the plan. Day one consulting with the install team is needed, but will not be needing to manage the job to the end. Our design clients are mostly residential, however our company recieves leads from the entire market.

Responsibilities:

Identify and value site elements.
Organize existing plant material with new additions.
Understand and implement hardscapes.
Apply principles of design.
Integrate project design with environmental considerations.
Provide clients with an estimate of the development costs.
Produce a final design proposal.
Analyze the project budget to ensure its viability.
Create drawings and plans for presentation to clients and installation team.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sketchup, CAD, and/or other landscape design software
- Experience in project management and construction within the landscaping industry
- Knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance practices
- Familiarity with drafting and hardscape design
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and sales opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
