Crown Field Services is Hiring! We are a growing property management and home renovation management company. We are seeking a data entry/office assistant who will be based in our office in Brooklyn, NY.

Our ideal candidate can simultaneously assist the office staff and oversee a large volume of home renovation jobs. In this role, the assistant will help ensure all incoming jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards. This involves, building relationships with current vendors and finding additional vendors. Communicating the job scope to vendors and staff and following up on each job until completion. Additionally, the ideal candidate will ensure employees have what they need to manage their accounts. This role involves great communication skills, managerial skills, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Include:

Reviewing and assigning work orders to the local vendors.
Updating work orders as needed.
Building relationships and communicating with Vendors.
Maintaining a network of vendors.
Quality control of work done by vendors.
Ensure timely closeouts on work orders by vendors.
Delegating sections of the above responsibilities to team members.
Follow-ups and check-ins with team members to ensure members are successful in their roles.
Open to other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience working with Contractors & Vendors preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation skills and excellent follow-through.
Experience with home renovations is a big plus
Property Management related experience is a plus.
Familiarity with property damages is a plus.

Schedule: M-F 10 am - 6 pm with optional work-from-home Fridays!
