Responsibilities:

Create first through production patterns for AGOLDE for a full range of sportswear styles, from pants and jackets, to tops and dresses.
Work with tech adviser to import technical packages for costing and production.
Experience with multiple fabrications, with an emphasis on denim a big plus.
Shrinkage knowledge.
Drape, draft, and issue cuts.
Attend fittings, measure garments and document and implement changes..
Work with sample makers to ensure proper garment construction and to ensure pre-production samples meet requirements..
Spec and fit approvals for pre-production, final production samples.
Partner/ Collaborate with design and product development teams to craft collection.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in pattern making and contemporary fit Formal education in Pattern Making and Apparel Production.
Strong trend and fashion awareness.
Experience with intricate, designer-level patterns and fabrications.
Knowledge of garment dyes, woven and leather.
Tailoring experience, excellent draping skills, and strong construction and sewing knowledge a MUST.
Ability to be a team-player and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PLM and Microsoft Teams.
First through Production Pattern maker.
Gerber v12 or v15 Preferred; proficient in computer patternmaking.
Must have good communication and written skills.
