24/7 Emergency Shelter & residential treatment program
Multiple Part-Time opportunities(2nd Shift Weekday, 1st & 2nd Shift Weekends)
One Full-Time opportunity(Up to 30 hours per week, 3rd Shift Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Non-Exempt Position!

Responsibilities

Manage the daily activities of residents
Providing behavior management as needed
Ensuring meals are prepared in a timely fashion
Assist with 24/7 hour shelter programming
Answering all hotline calls and providing crisis counseling as necessary
Collaborating with the Treatment Team in developing youth service plans
Attend monthly employee meetings and training as necessary

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age
Two years experience working with at-risk adolescents preferred
Must have a High School diploma, some colleges preferred
Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record for at least the past 5 years
Residential experience a plus
