Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including flights, car rentals, cruises, hotels, and tickets for events and activities
Process payments on behalf of clients efficiently and securely
Provide clients with all necessary travel documents before and after their trips
Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients and travel vendors
Work collaboratively within a team setting to achieve business goals
Stay current with travel industry trends, policies, and updates
Complete required certifications and ongoing training with our company and travel partners

Skills and Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States
Must have a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to make personalized travel and event recommendations based on client interests
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings and payments
Prior travel experience is beneficial but not required
