What You Will Be Doing

The role involves retouching and editing images, making adjustments to color, lighting, and composition, and ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs. The retoucher will collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and creative directors to achieve the desired visual outcomes. Experience with AI-generated imagery is important, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required for consideration.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Image Retoucher or in a similar role (5+ years).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition.
Experience with photo manipulation to achieve desired effects.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
Strong portfolio demonstrating image retouching expertise.
Ability to articulate the image retouching process from start to finish.
