Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The right candidate must have strong existing relationships with professional referral sources, such as case managers, discharge planners, physicians, rehabs, ALF’s and other facilities

Duties:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; OR 2+ years experience in the Marketing Field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools and e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in market research, advertising, content marketing, Google Analytics, social media marketing, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Pay: $23.00 - $25.91 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
