Your Role with Us

As a scheduling and insurance coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our practice's operations, ensuring our high standards for customer service and efficiency are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities:

Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling appointments and addressing patient inquiries, contributing to a welcoming environment.
Insurance Verification: Thoroughly verify insurance coverage to facilitate a seamless care experience for our patients.
Estimate Preparation: Provide precise co-payment estimates based on verified benefits, maintaining our commitment to transparency.
